Summer 2002 - Summer 2003

The first part of this project implements an SMTP mail server with some basic anti-spam capabilities including Content Filtering (CF) and Connection Control (CC). The framework for more advanced anti-spam measures is also included.

The second part of this project implements Plugin Support, allowing programmers to write independent modules to expand Jako's functionality. In addition, the JASLA plugin (Jako's Anti-Spam Learning Algorithm), a Bayesian filter, allows Jako to filter spam with a high success rate.

The server runs on the Windows NT line of operating systems and includes an installation program and a sophisticated GUI.
